1. Weaving Technique:
Hand-knitting: This is a traditional method of making sweaters, where the yarn is knitted into various patterns and shapes by hand using knitting needles. Hand-knitted sweaters have a unique texture and a warm feel, and each one is unique, low production efficiency.
Machine knitting: It is a large-scale production method using knitting machines, which has high production efficiency and can knit complex patterns and fine textures. According to the type and function of the machine, it can be divided into flat knitting and circular knitting. Flat knitting is often used to make the main part of sweaters, allowing for flexible changes in needle count and knitting patterns; circular knitting is mainly used for producing cylindrical fabrics, such as the sleeves and seamless connection of the body part of sweaters.
Embroidery Technique: Various patterns and decorations such as flowers, animals, and geometric shapes are embroidered on the surface of the sweater. Embroidery techniques can use silk thread, wool thread or other types of embroidery thread. Through different stitch and embroidery methods, such as plain stitch embroidery, chain stitch embroidery, cross-stitch embroidery, etc., a rich and diverse visual effect can be created, adding a delicate touch and artistic atmosphere to the sweater.
Splicing Technique: By joining fabrics of different colors, materials or textures together, a unique pattern or design effect can be achieved. It can be a regular geometric splicing or a creative free combination. The splicing technique can enhance the layering and richness of the sweater, presenting a distinctive fashion style.
Beaded embroidery technique: Sew various beads, sequins or pearls onto sweaters to enhance their luster and brilliance. Beaded embroidery can be done by hand or machine sewing. According to design requirements, it can be arranged into various patterns or decorated on specific parts of the sweater, making the sweater sparkle charmingly under the light, suitable for making sweaters to be worn in formal occasions or fashion parties.
Dyeing Process: This technique enables sweaters to present various color combinations and transitional effects. Unlike ordinary dyed sweaters which have uniform colors or a monotonous color scheme, this process results in distinct color zone variations on a single sweater. These colors can be either highly contrasting or smoothly gradient, creating a unique visual effect and enhancing the fashion and layering appeal of the sweater.
Batik Technique: Batik is a traditional and unique batik-making technique from Chinese folk culture. The batik technique is known as “Zha Wei”, “Jiao Wei”, “Jia Wei” and “Ran Wei” in ancient times. The batik technique makes the colors of the sweaters rich and diverse, with natural and smooth patterns without fixed patterns. The diffusion effect is natural. Each sweater is a unique work of art. For example, the gradient green batik sweater is fresh and natural, and the retro batik cross-star sweater has rich color gradations.
